1. OVERVIEW

At MSA Academy, we strive to provide high-quality coaching services and digital learning experiences. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which students may request a refund or cancel their enrollment. By enrolling in any course or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms listed below.


2. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Most of our services—including classes for school (6–12), NEET, JEE, IIT, and programming (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.)—are non-returnable and non-refundable once payment is made and the admission is confirmed.

  • Digital content (notes, videos, practice materials) cannot be returned
  • Access to online courses is considered used once login credentials are shared
  • No refund is issued for missed classes, personal reasons, or schedule conflicts

3. CANCELLATION BEFORE COURSE START

Students may cancel their registration before the batch begins, under the following conditions:

  • A written request must be sent to support@msaacademy.com at least 7 days before the course starts.
  • If approved, a partial refund will be issued after deducting:
    • Administrative charges
    • Registration or processing fees
    • GST and payment gateway fees

MSA Academy reserves full discretion to approve or deny cancellation/refund requests.


4. CANCELLATION AFTER COURSE START

  • Once a course has started (even one class/session), no refund or return will be processed.
  • This includes both classroom coaching and online/digital programs.

5. DEMO CLASSES AND TRIALS

  • Demo classes (if offered) are provided free or at a nominal fee.
  • Enrollment after a demo class is considered full confirmation and is non-refundable.
  • Demo fees (if charged) are non-returnable.

6. SCHOLARSHIPS AND DISCOUNTS

  • Students receiving scholarships or discounts are not eligible for refunds.
  • If any false information was provided to claim a discount/scholarship, MSA Academy reserves the right to cancel the admission without refund.

7. COURSE CHANGE OR CANCELLATION BY MSA ACADEMY

If a course is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons (e.g. insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability), MSA Academy will:

  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Offer a seat in another suitable batch or course

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.


8. PAYMENT ERRORS OR DUPLICATES

If a transaction fails or is duplicated, please contact our support team with payment proof. Once verified, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.
